I ORDERED THE SAPHIRE ECIGS, THE FREE STARTER KIT ALL I HAD TO PAY WAS THE SHIPPING COST. NOW, I'M BEING CHARGED 99.67 FOR THE ORDER. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE, AD STATED IT WAS A FREE KIT. THEN THS COMPANY WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND TOOK MY MONEY. I'M SO UPSET. I HOPE TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
