I filed my taxes electronically and was going to have them deposited unto my insight card. I called and got the routing and account number from the bank. When my deposit was made it didn't show up on my card, so I called Insight. We checked to see if the account # was right. The person who gave me the account # gave me a number that wasn't even my account. It only had 2 numbers of my account# in it. Urban Trust said they would look into it and for me to call them back in a couple of days. When I called back they said that he did give me the right account #. I called the IRS. They said my tax return was returned to them because of the wrong account #. I now have to wait an additional 4 to 6 weeks to get my tax return. This whole process took me over 6 hrs of hold time etc. They have horrible customer service and do not know what their doing. I will be filing complaints against them with the BBB and FTC.
