If I could give ZERO stars I would! This place is a nightmare to deal with. Atrocious customer service from the woman today who could not seem to answer my questions about my account, nor was she willing to assist me or explain why she could not! Very very rude! I eventually had enough of being accused of lying and asked her to close my account, and she could not even confirm that my account was closed. She kept showing me a "zero balance" which does not mean anything. DO NOT BANK HERE! I am going back to Chase where they are always friendly and willing to explain things if you do not understand them!!!
