I am not receiving any answers to phone, email, or "live"chat messages. Have been trying for about a week with no results. My website is still running and the platform allows me to edit and manipulate all the features, but no contact is available with support or account information.
I have important information representing hundreds of hours of my own work, on the ecommerce site they are hosting for me. If I lost it and all my SEO details I will be losing potential business which I cannot estimate.

- Me too. Countless hours. It's good product too. Not sure what is going on but I looked into their IP and it houses 5 other sites all scams
