I built my website with them at the end of last year. After starting payment they disappeared off all channels of communication! Since, at great expense and time, I have had to convert to an alternative provider.
All attempts to stop them charging my payment card each month has failed. Even writing to their payment gateway provider has made no difference.
It's such a shame because good software and their team in Israel were very helpful and made back-end changes required for some features. New software bug ridden and nowhere near ready to accept new businesses, especially if you are outside the US. Are they scam artists or just in trouble with managing what is a good piece of software.
Their Israel team disappeared, having said this, is there really anyone inside the US given they never answer the phone, email or their chat.
