ok so the first purchase is 11-04-12.. after that they keep on charging me. and i didint know when i sign up im automatically signed up too on their so called 'terms and condition' i want it to cancelled and called them but refuses to cancel it but instead suggested me to use my POINTS. but now on this day 03-01-13 i made a purchase BUT using my SO CALLED POINTS but then it didint work so they have to charge me 39.95 again with $9 shipping. i want my money back because money is money. im the one who worked for that money. SO please help me. what do i do to get my money back.
