This place is a total scam! Stay away. I purchased a Parallels product from Kivuto, downloaded the program but then realized I needed to have Windows fully installed on my Mac. I contacted Parallels, who by the way, were quite nice but could not help me, since the purchase was made on Kivuto's site. I called Kivuto three times during their business hours but was not able to get a live person on the phone. So, I sent an email explaining that the product was useless to me and that I wanted a refund. I was told because of the "low price" the purchase was non-refundable. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Stay away from these thieves!!
