I bought a microsoft office product from this company they charged my account $99.95 as soon as I ordered it and said I could download the software I bought. Right away I was unable to download the microsoft office. It took them two days to get back in touch with me to give me a 1-800 number and told me I had to now install the microsoft program after I had to replace it because of the two day time frame. I immediently e-mailed a complaint on the same day I thought I bought and would recieve a microsoft product on 09/24/2012. Finally I spoke with a Joel, would not give his last name, refused to, told me they do not give back refunds because they do not recieve any money. Joel said, Microsoft Corporation gets the money I paid. On my credit card account Kivuto Solutions charged me $99.95 and I never recieved the product. 09/26/2012 They finally told me the solution to my problem was to agree for them to finally download the microsoft software. Since I had already replaced the software I replied to Joel that it was too late now for me to download the microsoft office that I thought I had bought from Kivuto Solutions when they immediently charged my credit card account. I do not believe that they had the microsoft software when they first charged my account, therefore, I know they have scamed me and my credit card company.
