We met on Plenty of Fish.Com dating site,but never met face to face. He was in ACCRA,Ghana,Africa from that date of January 8th,and he is still there. I need some action,because I have been scammed by a scam artist.

The follow up to Robert Potter,,Airtime,$588.00 . Money Grams $4,464.80. I Phone from AT&T sending by FedEx $529.51. wire transfer of $6,000.00 to Dearing,Ga,totaling $11,582.31,plus gas exp,2 months $1400.00, totaled $12,983.37.

- Hi, I was also,scammed by a gang in Ghana, it was a military scam. Would you be willing to send me amy info you have on this man, including who you sent the money to in Georgia? Also, have you notified the FBI? If not, please please go on the website and fill out a IC3 form. You have also linked this scam out of Ghana and back into the US by sending money here. I did as well, but know the FBI won't investigate unless more people come forward! Please, it's very important that you do so. And if you would be willing to get in touch with me, I'd appreciate it. (Personal Information Removed). Thanks!

- My mother was scammed also by someone claiming to be "Robert Potter" in Acra, Ghana. He used the old scam of having gold in Africa that has to be tested for purity. They even went as far as having someone meet her to profess his undying love. Somebody has to stop this group.

Hi ahashshsh.... Thanks for posting on here. Yes, I have contacted the FBI, in Colorado. ,ones sent here in the US went to Denver., not GA. I have also filled out the IC3 form, and kept it up to date. The FBI cannot act on anything that happened in Ghana. Their hands are tied. The only thing they can do is to keep a report and see where it leads. However, they should be able to handle anything that has happened here in the US, any money, wire transfers, gifts, etc that went to someone here. My scam hasn't ended, I'm still being contacted by these people. Its been something else I tell you! This site won't allow postings showing any kind of personal information... Which is too bad especially in cases like this.
What do you think of starting a yahoo group so we have a forum to chat and exchange information? You are right, the more people that come forward, the more seriously we will be taken. Let me know what of think of a group. -

- Hi Brenda: Are you still being contacted by Robert Potter? His promising to send gold to my mother for testing. I'm sure there is more money involved. I've contacted the FBI and IC3 folks and they are investigating. They are hoping the group's representative will make another appearance.
