Adam Andrews DBA/ Platinum Construction Design Build Renovate ; Did agree to complete the compliance of 13 ft base flood elevation -S.B.A. FUNDED - F.E.M.A. project at 119 Hampton Circle Hull, Massachusetts 02045 WHICH BEGAN 10-25-2010 COMPLETION DATE 11-25-2010.The total limit of CONSUMER LIABILITY Guaranteed to be $48,000.00 FOR THE 13 FT ELEVATION of the STRUCTURE ,
WEATHER TIGHT , AND RENTABLE W/ OCCUPANCY PERMIT issued by Joyce Sullivan of Hull Board of Health .
Currently this structure is non - compliant w/ the Hull Board of Health , unoccupied , and as a consequence the rent of 1% of the $448,000 value prior to contract or $ 4000.00 per month is currently in the arrears as of this date 2-24-2013.
The total amounts paid for the $48,000.00 contract exceed $83369.50 this does not include the two engineer reports of Neil Murphy and John Spink of $1200.00 and $400.00.
Adam Andrews refuses to correct the issues reported to him by the Town of Hull , Neil Murphy , John Spink , and the property owner.
This failure to act has resulted in this loss of rental income , damage by weather , and reduction of equity by way of maintainence charges.
