On 02/06/2013 I took my car to west coast car audio for them to insall my alarm I got for Christmas,when doing that I bought a 7inch stereo,sirus radio,backup camera and had them install a speaker and amp.that I had.That night I called and they said it was not done so my brand new car had to stay there.Thursday I called and still kn ow car.Friday still know car so he said i could rent a car but I had to use my bank card to get it,meanwhile he is waiting for a part from Dodge.Saturday he had to get my car towed to Dodge to have whatever he did fixed and I was never told my car was getting towed I have only had 3 months never would I allow that.If he couldn't do it he should have told me and I would have went on my way.So Saturday night I go to get and I just could not believe what I saw.I told him about my concerns but he didnt care.I got it home and looked around more and just broke down crying,my equipment was not hooked up my interior was not put back right,there are cuts all over wiring that not hooked up.Just everrything was not right,I really could not believe what I was seeing.So if you can please help I will be grateful forever.Thank You Kelly Miller
