Ordered flowers for Valentines Day. Flowers came but were not anything like I ordered, they were green and yellow and dead no ballon no card which i paid extra for. Called spent lunch hour on phone said they would send right order on Feb. 16th. No Flowers. Called again spend more time on phone. Flowers were supposed to be sent Feb. 21 no floweres. Have spent hours on phone with these people. I told them 3 strikes your out. I just would like my money back. Said we do not give refunds only store credit. I said I'm done Really want my money back Have spentat least 6hours of my time on phone. They said give us one more chance. Will send floweres in 7 to 10 days. Just would like my money back.
