Like many of the other complaints -- DVD ordered in December but never arrived. I have several email exchanges promising the DVDs. As of this week, their site has been shut down and the RCMP fraud centre reports that this site as well as DVD Tiger, XEO vent are all fraudulent, selling pirated DVDs. Or in some cases sending nothing.
If you used a credit card, they recommend you cancel it.
