I received a gift voucher for my birthday - High Tea for 2 at The Opulent Orchid Garden Tea Rooms at Blackwood.
I have tried tirelessly contacting the Tea Rooms for 5 weeks to make a booking, but to no avail - the telephone just keeps ringing out, no answering machine to leave a message. I have tried ringing different times of the day - no success.
