I placed an order for the full DVD box set - 13 Seasons of NYPD Blue back on the 22/02/2012. On the 29/12/2012 I received an confirmation email stating my order had been sent and should arrive in the next 2-4 weeks. When my order had not arrived by the 19/01/2013 I emailed Kanagaroo DVD and I received a response from Gorden Kennedy as seen below:

First of all, thank you for your order.

As stated on our website and during checkout process, all orders take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

First, the order is PROCESSED, PACKAGED and SHIPPED which takes 5-7 days (all orders are processed and shipped directly by our suppliers). At this point we mark the order as COMPLETE on the website.

Then the package takes another 1-3 weeks in the air before it is DELIVERED (total transit time depends on your country and city).

All orders are shipped via SMALL PACKET AIR MAIL and unfortunately this service does not have a tracking number. Although it is a great, cost effective service that allows us to offer you FREE SHIPPING.

In the end, your order is on schedule and will arrive within the 2-4 week time frame.

I hope that better explains our processing, shipping and delivery situation.

Please note, that during the holidays with the post office having 4-5 non working days, packages can be delayed about a week.

It is now the 20/02/2013 and it appears all my attempts to email [email protected] have failed as I'm receiving notices that the email has been undelivered and or delayed and also I just tried to log into the website and it doesn't seem to exist anymore!!!! The website was last active on the 6/02/2013 Funny That !!!!
