I ordered box set of NYPD at end of Aug 2012.
As of 28 December, nothing received. Have first received email stating that DVD's were late clearing customs and they still failed to arrive after two months. Another email was sent and they said they would send again express delivery. Still no DVD's after four months but no problem in taking my money via credit card. I will now cancel my card for fear of further fraud.
