I bought the beats by dre solo hd brand new in dec of 2012 to be giving as a gift which i did give. well the person that was giving the beats called and said that the head band broke and that they was told that they needed the proof of purchase. I was likr that aint going to do you no good for the fact it was past the thrity days. They in trund told me that the beats replacement plsn calls for you to send in the proof of pruchase strange, what company ask for proof oa purchase when you are just getting them fixed or replaced under warranty. long story short spent 189.00 for the headphones and then was told that they was fake wtf how is that when I bought them from the store in other word they are saying that they are not going to fixed them and then they would not even tell me what made them fake cause they look like my co workers sons beats. My prob is how is you as a consumer suppose to know real from fake and my other thought is why dont beats take action against the ones selling the fake ones. I truly believe mines are real they just dont want to replace them. I sent them to a company rma I just want them fixed
