I ordered headphones on 07/19/2012. I paid $90.00. They were junk. After the first week of use the wires from the jack were separating from the headphones. I contacted the company, Hualong Trade, via email and they told me to send them pictures which I did. The told me to return headphones for a replacement which to date I have not received. I have contacted them many many times via text, live chat and email, they are not responding to any of my messages. I have given them the trading number and they said they hadn't received them. So I waited another month and now no response from them. Either replace the item or give me my money back. I rather have the money because the headphones are knockoffs. Unbelievable!!
