I was mislead and told they were apple support. I was charged 249.99 for a support package...was told I would get a 50.00 gift card back. well when I contacted apple and realized they were not affiliated I called mytechhelp.com back to get refund and they were rude. To.d me I was not mislead and that they will pull conversation and that takes 5 days. Her name is Camille and she claims she is the only person that i could talk to. she would not give supervisor name or any information. She told me to go to website for information. No information on website. she put me on hold forever..I told her I know they are listed on scam book.com. and she said everyone is on scam book.com. I could hear the other person on the dealer handling the same complaint. This is a scam!!! Attorney will be handling.
