This complaint is against DVDMoose.com With an IP address:205.204.93.166. The order for 2 sets of DVD's (Five Mile Creek and Dr. Quinn medicine woman)was placed on Dec.11th and an amount of 170.00 was taken from my credit card on Dec.13th/2012. As of today February 13th/2013 I have not received this order and have been unable to contact this company. I would like my money back as I feel this is a scam. Could you help me.
