I recently contacted my bank to reverse an unauthorized charge of $39.95 from Just Fab, that caused me to overdraft. I had to contact the BBB to file a complaint.
The next day, I got an e-mail from JustFab saying they will issue a refund in 2-5 days. But, it looks like they took an EXTRA $39.95 out of my account! Had I not deposited extra money in my account, they would have caused me to overdraft again!
What's even more scary is that I canceled the card that I used to buy a pair of shoes with them back in September 2012. Several months later (Feb 2013), they mysteriously managed to get my new debit card information to make these unauthorized charges.
Right now, I am in the process of trying to delete my account. All of the live chat consultants on Just Fab are always conveniently offline, and I don't have the patience to put up with rude customer service on the phone. I will never purchase from them again.
