I paid for the special $289+tax for the seasonal snow removal service. There was a heavy snow on Feb 8 in Toronto. They never showed up. I called them several times, and left messages. No one called me back. After three days I had to shovel the snow myself. After four days I could get hold of someone in their company. He said that he would send someone in 45 minutes. Again no one came to my door. They said they would give me a credit of $40. Credit for what? I am not going to have any business with them. They refused to reimburse me, and did not even agree to send a cheque for $40. The address on their webpage is also a made-up one. They use all tricks to stay away from the customers.
They claim that there is someone 24 hours a day to answer the phone. It is a lie. The business is scam. Stay far away from them.
