I paid $439.47 for a snow removal contract to Reliance Property Services after talking to Gerry. They have failed to provide promised services. I had put in cancellation request on Dec 18th (after not getting the service for 3 days after snow came down), after which I was promised better service. Again, I was chasing them in January as no one shows up after snow comes down and asked them to cancel my services. Left them numerous phone calls and emails with little to no response. I have requested for refund of my money, to which they are saying that there is a cancellation fee of $350 (btw, I never ever got my contract copy from them, after repeated reminders). This is bizarre that I never got promised services and they would not even refund my money. They are making false claim and I had to get them through their Facebook page to at least respond to me. But now they have stopped responding and I am not sure if they will refund my money. I need my refund. Thanks
