someone by the name andrew kept calling me and told me that he would develop a website within 7 days. and i would get money from google and amazon. He said someone else would call me after the website is developed. I kept calling, emailing calling, emailing with no response. can someone help me so that i can report this company to right authority. I want them to cease their activity and refund my money. I lost $249
