Two weeks ago I was approached by WebDevUsa (Web Development USA) to build a moneymaking website for me for$ $99, a $200 discount I was told. The site was to be done in 7 days and two weeks later I can't get a call back, an email, nothing. I am a single mom, and I didn't have money to spare. I want to keep this from happening to other unsuspecting victims.
