On Jan 23,2013, I calleld ITECHline believing they were an authorized company by DELL to work on my computer (it was showing that I had a virus and was running very slow.) I gave them my credit card number and was charged #199.99 for them to "fix" my computer. Afterward, my computer worked faster, but I couldn't use by wireless. Two or three days later they called me and said that they knew that my wifi was not working and they needed to reenter my computer or it would crash. Then they wanted my credit card number again to reimburse me back the money and only charge my $49.99. Luckily my credit card didn't work BUT THEY CRASHED MY COMPUTER.
