I responded to an e-mail from BidRack. I filled in my information and they immediately charged me $99. I called right away to tell them I did not want to buy bids. I only wanted to learn about their website. They refused to refund my money. I went to my bank to fill out a form to get my money back. However, two months later my bank returned my $99 to Bidrack(07/27/2011). Since that date I have called them and e-mailed them asking for my money back or to at least give me the bids I supposedly purchased. I have received neither money nor bids. They have blocked me from using their site. I can go there but cannot spin the wheel for free bids. I used the free bids to win small items that I have yet to receive. I received an e-mail saying my bids were posted on my account. This was not true. No bids have been posted. Now they are not even answering my e-mails.
