Purchased a Shoretel server and phones for $7000...he sent the server, but none of the phones. Kept saying he would send the phones (all kinds of lame excuses), but never did. Said he would wire the money back, but then he cut off all communications. Filing law suit today for phones, lawyer expenses, and travel for lawsuit to Malibu, CA. Avoid buying anything from Robert Carlson (aka Vanguard Communications, Vanguard Phones.)

I got scammed with a bad check worth $9,000 from the same guy. Please go ahead and do what you can to sue him. His current address is
