I think we've been scammed. At first I was so happy to have our network secured again (or so they told me) that I willingly gave the credit card info and remote control of mine and my husband's computers. BUT, since then I've had problems that I never had before I called them. So, I had problems again the other night, called again and went through lots of tech stuff that I didn't understand. Then, problems again tonight and I called them, angry and they told me that they fixed the problem and that I needed new software to keep it working properly. When the supervisor came on line I challenged him about whether his company is legitimate and how I'm having new problems since calling his company. He quickly hung up!!! So, users beware!!!
