I bought this man in the help me with a catering contract with a school lunch program. He insisted that the contract with the school be made between his company, Tiffinity, Inc., and the school, and that we have our own contract. I got wind that he was planning on cutting me out so that he could keep it all for himself. He has refused to pay me my monies and has now attempted to 'terminate' my 'employment'. He issued me 3 NSF cheques that has caused my bank account to be overdrawn. I used my own money to buy supplies for the program and have not been reimbursed, I have also paid an employee with the promise that he would pay me back and he has not.

This is how "Chef" David Porter operates. He scams hardworking people, bounces cheques, doesn't pay his bills, cancels his commitements then steals the deposit. Tiffinity Catering is 100% scam. David Porter of Tiffinity has several lawsuits pending in the City of Calgary (you can find out more at the Court of Queen's Bench). His full name is David Arnold Porter and his date of birth is 08/16/1957. HE HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH GREAT EVENTS CATERING.

- Yes, this is exactly how David Porter operates. I employed David also and he took me for a deposit on a catering event and much more !!Totalling almost 10,ooo. He is now renting commercial kitchen space to other food operators, so beware !!! Thanks for the dob and full name!!!
