I am writing this letter to express my 100% complete dissatisfaction with this company. I have never received worse service in my entire life..

It starts like this.

Sunday Mo comes to our house to give us a quote. He ensured, Insisted even that if we agreed to go with your company that we would have our A/C unit installed, running and ready for use on Monday .After some discussion with my partner we agreed on it. We agreed on a two ton Rheem a/c system 16 seer,a basic air duct cleaning, drain line flush with inspection, sanitizing, u/v light, thermostat, $150 filter and float switch. He said we had to pay up front so we paid $2000 in cash and financed $1188.
Monday comes, we leave work two hours early, trying to ensure that we will be home on time and he calls at 2pm to cancel. We were very nice about it, "he even said thank you for being so cool about this."

He rescheduled us for Tuesday after 4pm. We had to leave work early again for a second time, not to mention its very difficult to gain access to our roof after hours. No one shows up until after 7:30pm. The gentlemen get here, obviously upset that they have to install our unit after working a 12 hour day. They were tired and not on their A game to do a proper installation, not to mention they did not bring the u/v light with them which was supposed to be installed with unit. Regardless, we are more than receptive, go on the roof with them through the entire process help them with the flashlight, offer them our dolly and even help them physically move the unit to the roof. They then went ahead and installed the unit in our house finishing at midnight. We went back upstairs to ensure that everything was working and found that one of the fuses was blown. Of course they didn't have a replacement fuse so they had to do a make shift rig out of copper to get it working. We came back downstairs and they realized they improperly installed the unit. It was installed in a way where there was no room to place in a filter of any kind let alone the 2 " $150 filter we purchased. At this point it was midnight and they decided to call it a night. They ensured us that they would speak with the manager today and rectify the situation today Wednesday. When they left we noticed the pipes around the a/c are in the house are leaking. That can't be a good sign. Anyway, we called this morning at 10 am and spoke to a women named Nicole who contacted your dispatchers and insured us someone would be here after 4pm today Wednesday March 28th 2012.

So once again we made arrangements with our condo association, which as I said before is a big hassle. Also we had to once again get off work early to make it here by 4pm for the installers arrival. After 7pm we made a call to the office to get an ETA on the arrival of the installers and she has no record of any installation for us today at all! They then said that they would schedule us in for Thursday after 4pm.

At this point we are irate. Enough is enough. We feel we have been treated unfairly and taken advantage of. We have been more than patient more than courteous. Its not right. This is not what customer service is. We were tempted to call the Better Business Bureau and report this and then we saw the your rating is already F. This is where we went wrong. No one should have this type of service. Your on hold waiting greeting states that " the customer will have 100% satisfaction guaranteed" this is the furthest thing from the truth, a joke even. The reason we know the greeting by memory is because every time we call we are put on hold for up to 10 minutes and then sometimes disconnected. This has happened numerous times since Monday.

We spoke to Mo via text today Wednesday evening the 27th of March. He said he spoke with the owner, and ensured Mike was on his way, it is now after 1030pm and there is no sign of him. I can bet he is not coming either. We wasted yet more time. Its like the joke is on us.

please do research on them before you deal with them. This company really dropped the ball on this job. I honestly wish that I had never paid for this so called service up front. This also should not be the policy. Maybe this is why we are not a priority, because they already been paid in full. If I had it my way I would ask you them to come get there unit and refund us our money. Being the owner of my company I realize that reputation is everything. If I treated clients this way I wouldn't have any.


We need the a/c unit properly installed so we can actually use our filter.

I would like our unit on the roof top fastened better ( the only used 2 screws to fasten the unit) with hurricane season coming up i don't feel 2 screws is adequate.
we still need the duct cleaning, sanitation and drain flush we paid for.



Also I have never been able to speak with a manager.
I call this morning Thursday 10am and there are no managers on duty who can speak with me to help. Last night when i called at 7pm there was no manager to speak with so can someone from upper management.
Its like they don't want to let you speak to anybody with accountability.

So as my frustration continues I feel like I'm on the tv show punked I'm waiting for the cameras to come out saying this is all a joke because this cant be real .

Finally after weeks they fix the issue and got the job done rite.

Now less then a year later my ac works intermittently I call schedule a appointment and they tell me they will come between 8am-10am 1/30/13.
10am comes around no one shows so i call to see what is going on and the receptionist tells me that know one can come until after 2 pm.
that techs only operate between 2 -8 pm if that's the case why schedule me a 8am-10am appointment
worst company i have ever delt with I have a free service from them to fix the issue but at this point I would rather pay another company.

Do not use them trust me!!!!
I have never out rite complained about any company. I am not one of those people that needs things to be perfect but this is beyond unacceptable
