HCG Extreme Customer Service,

I am very concerned that I am being played. I hope that is not the case, but at this time I am not interested in any further dealings with HCG Extreme. A trial offer is supposed to be exactly that, try our product and it will sell itself. I have been billed for the trial offer $4.95, and I have been billed for the remaining cost of the product or whatever the $89.95 was for. At this time, I do not want any other charges taken off of my credit card account. I do not want any product from your company. I will be contacting the BBB, Along with the MN Attorney General regarding this matter and notifying them how this transaction has transpired. As I said earlier, I have never received any product other than product that comes from "My Health Offers" and according to, "Aspen" their customer representative, you are two separate companies.
I am very disappointed in how these two products were advertised, telling the consumer to try them "TOGETHER", meaning use them at the same time for best results, and then give the consumer 15 days to do so, and then the consumer never even receives half of the advertised product, yet is billed for both without even so much as opening one of the trial offers. For a total from both Companies of:
* "My Health Offers Inc." initial investment = $2.95, then charged $79.99. Did receive this product, but never opened due to the advertisement of using them both together for the trial period.
* "HCG Extreme, LLC" initial investment = $4.95, then charged $89.95. Never received any product from them ever.
* I still have the unopened product from My Health Offers Inc. and do not want anything to do with either company. I feel both companies are responsible for this false advertisement / Bait & Switch / Unauthorized Credit Card Charge and most likely guilty of other laws when it comes to the transactions and advertising of products for the consumer.
I will also be contacting my bank, letting them know that I want no further charges from this organization or from "My Health Offers" coming out of my account. I understand how tempting it is to get as much money as possible from unsuspecting consumers, but your organization should be ashamed of itself, and how you do business, as well as your partner in crime "My Health Offers".
If for some reason I am wrong, and you are not playing me and would like to make this right. Then keep your product, do not bother trying to get it to me, and credit my credit card for the amount you have debited it for ($4.95 and $89.95). In doing this, I will stop any further actions on my behalf in regards to contacting any further organizations that are watchdogs for organizations' that attempt, many times successfully do cheat the public they do business with.

Best regards,

Jeff Pletcher

  • Trust me Jeff it is all a big SCAM! When I realized they had not sent the "trial" I did a Google search & realized MOST people were not getting the drops. Was too late in cancelling my card, they nabbed another $79.95. I had no number to call them as that number (according to their CS rep) was "in the box with the drops". Well DUH how would one know where TO call then! First time I was told this was being "escalated to the supervisor" to obtain a tracking number - take 3 business days to call me back. On the 4th business day I called THEM. At that time I was told "strangely enough my trial drops had been sent off *the very morning I called*". WRONG I CALLED them on 08/16 (2nd time to see about tracking number), and drops were supposedly mailed morning of 08/24! The $4.95 FOR the trial drops initially was taken out 07/11. Was told then to accept the package & immediately call them for a return number. As soon as they got the package back they would refund my $79.95 (the other went to USPS). HAVE NOT TO DATE RECEIVED ONE THING FROM THEM. Bottom line is they never MAILED ANYTHING - PERIOD! What irritates me most (outside this entire thing being a SCAM) is that you know these people are laughing their butts off the whole time they are lying to you on the phone. They KNOW nothing was mailed to you/is enroute to you/EVER WILL BE. SO WRONG!
