On 6-5-12 invoice I had 56,471 reward miles and redeemed 37,220 for a plane ticket leaving 20,760 reward miles. I was told that I could apply those miles to my car rental. On that invoice I was charged 496.43 for car rental which I believed was the remaining fee for the rental. On the 7-5-12 to8-4-12 invoice it showed that 22,060 miles had been redeemed. When I went to pick up my car at the Tampa airport I found that nothing had been applied to my rental and I had to pay full fee. Now I am out 496.43 dollars and 22,060 reward miles. Pleasse advise.
