I contacted to via Google as they said they were McAfee representatives. I wanted a rebate from McAfee. They said they could do it and then asked to access my computer to see the email.I allowed it...big error . they said my computer was slow and Security Essentials was installed incorrectly..All they basically did was delete a few files - run a couple of tree listings and then reinstalled MSE exactly the same way as I did. Ref the McAfee rebate all they did was access my McAfee account and ask for a rebate.. i realise I could do this. Idiot.. Dont use this company
