I almost got sucked in by ITechLine yesterday, I had gone to Microsoft Support web-site and got an 800 number for MS OFFICE 2010 issues. When I called them, they insisted they had to LOGIN to my computer and help with fixing MS Outlook......I let them login and watched them like a hawk. First thing they did was show me a huge list of files from my computers DL log with a red background ...the guy tells me they are all infections!!! Yes they could fix, stay on line for advanced tech support help. I told them to get off my computer immediately, I bailed immediately and rebooted, BEWARE of these people, its a total SCAM, I was almost taken in by these thieves.
