I have
been scammed by Herbert Wacort is or was working in Malaysia, The
address is below of the
motel he was or is staying at. I met him online July 19 and shortly
after that he said he works for the UN and would be on a project in
Malaysia. He said when he got there that his credit cards would not
work, and he could not transfer money from his account at Barclay's
bank and wanted me to do it for him. I had to pay a transfer fee of
35,000. and he would have them send me 650,000. I should take out the
35,000. and send him the rest.

It showed that he had 6,391,927.00 in his account.

I did that I sent the money 35,000. to Herbert.and he was going to
forward it to Barclay's He had me send it to May Bank and he said
since he was an American citizen he would have me send it to
Rosemary Osei, she was the manager of the Motel.

After I sent the money Herbert told me that they froze his
account at Barclays and was also holding my 35000.00, and it would be
returned as soon as
he entered the states and he called them.

He had me sendWestern Union: two for $2000. ea. and three for 2500
ea. He had me send them to: Mark Solomon, Paul Michel, Colin James
Because he said they were residents and could pick them up easier.

The 2000. money orders cost to send was 116.00 each. The 2500. money
orders cost 126.00 each to send.

Copies of 4 of the money orders are attached the 1st one for 2000. I
can not find the copy

Herbert told me he needed to buy a gift for the project chairmen that
that was expected of him and that because his credit cards would not
work. I should do it and he would pay me back immediately.

The Fed ex bill to send the items was approximately 323.00 I can not
find the receipt.

Tuesday September 11, he called an told me he was on his way to come
home, so on the 13 I went to the airport to pick him up and he never
got off the plane. I then realized that I have been scammed.

I cannot afford to lose $55,000. He promised me as soon as he came he
would pay me every penny that I had given him. He told me he has
never cheated any woman and never would. But now he doesn't respond
to my emails, or texts. I need to have major surgery and need my
money to pay for it.
Can you please investigate this crime and get my money back for me.
