I met Herbert Wacort on a popular website called OURTIME.com. He contacted me. I did not contact him.He was in Dallas when he first contacted me. the number he called from 214 628 2888. He told me he was leaving for Malaysia in a few days to start a project for the United Nations which consists of a new mall and new road. He started asking me to help him with his money because he did not have access to it. I wired various people money

Money Herbert received from me came from my 401k, home loan, Chase Credit Card and my late husband life insurance policy.
The money that came from the credit card. he tried to pay it back but gave the wrong routing numbers each time.
