My bid won for a2008 honda accord vin 1HGCP268008A044394 , ISA stock #19408381 on June 7 2011 notified by email . Contacted by phone next day to make payment urgently before penalty so i wired the money in full the next day . They emailed me back payment received , i faxed all the documents, now waiting for paper work and shipping details for days and weeks after . Phone calls continueously no answer but voicemails . After some emails i finally get a response then they gonna tell they didnt receive payment , there account was closed , i must check with my bank . I verified they received it and ever since no more contact . They changed contact info now you cant get on there website . I really wasnt expecting this they same to be a legit company but it turns out that there robbers who need to jailed . This lost have me set back tramendously, but i look foward for satisfaction for all of us under these actions of fraud .

- I was scammed by this outfit. I file complaints with multiple agencies. The NY DMV scheduled a hearing to review my complaints. The ERNCY LLC representative never showed up and it was ruled in my favor. They said the chances of compensation were minimum. Today after 2 years I received a check for the full amount of my claim. It does not provide details of the case but there is a number you can call. 518-474-0902. I'm not sure if you are able to request compensation but its worth a try. I hope they all pay heavenly for taking our hard earned money.
