Complaint 98809 Details

I found a salvaged 2000 BMW 323 Wagon at the ISA website. I contacted the company and followed there direction. I looked to see if the website/Domain had been in use for awhile and it had. I checked to see if the address was a real physical address and it was. I wired the $870 + 25 wire fee from my Bank of America account to another Bank of America owned by ISA. After a week I had not received directions on how to get the car. I sent an email and got this reply back:

"Your wire was returned because our account was restricted by BANK OF AMERICA. They have place what is called an 888 hold you can call 800-432-1000 I decided o park the site and not do sales until they release the money. Someone sent a fraudulent wire and they restricted my account for 90 days. Make sure they credit you because I have no access to the account. I do remember your wire being bounced back"

I called BOA and they confrimed the account was restricted due to a fraud investigation. I asked why would not allow money in but not out. BOA just said until the investigation is done we can not say anything. I have not heard back from BOA, ISA or anyone about my $895 dollars. I am ready to get back on this as I am unemployed and could use the cash and I also feel that BOA is just as at fault as ISA is. I want to file acomplaint with a federal agency against BOA and if there is an active FBI case or any other federal agency working this I want to be part of it.
