I placed over 600.00 worth of orders. The Company had a strong guarantee, to be delivered by Christmas if placed by Dec 10th. I placed most of my orders back in Nov. There are 2 orders that were placed Nov 24, 26th, in which a total of 3 pair of boots were never delivered! I attempted to call Customer service, no response, too many calls on hold, busy out. I attempted to contact through live chat, it was down, no one available? My only option was to email. (I had to purchase gift cards for christmas gifts)
If I didn't keep checking, I wouldn't have not been informed by the company! This Company was aware that the items never shipped but they never contacted their customers? I emailed so many times and recieved the same generic response! They kept telling me that Customer Service is their number one goal but yet all they did was claim to refund 2 pairs of boots but 3 pairs were not delivered? One of the Agents promised to have them delivered and refund them the way it should have been but yet, that hasn't happened and I still have not been refunded in full. I continue to ask for the Corp office but yet, I continue to get the same response and by the way, there isn't a credit? I actually did get a honest agent, who did say that the shipper dropped the ball but they are not getting it when they post across the website- Guarantee to be delivered by Christmas? I need help, you can't get anyone in Corp, I can't get them to understand and my next step is the BBB! My Daughter ordered boots in Nov, still processing? Still?? No refund on hers. I have no choice but to do a chargeback but don't order from them! I was a good customer until they failed me. They took more orders than they could handle and I have saved all the responses. This is false advertising! This Company should be shut down!
