This company is from China. I ordered beats thinking they were the real ones, but they are not and now I am trying to contact them by email (they dont have a phone number listed) to return the unused beats, but they do not reply to my email messages.

In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Goods can be returned unused and contain all the original packaging and labels. All orders are free shipping,but it doesn't mean that you would return the product for free.Exactly,all the shipping charges are contained within the price.Should you wish to return the order,we will credit your original method of payment. I would like to get my money back, please help.

I CANNOT believe I just did the same exact thing. I feel so retarded because I didn't know there were even fake products from monster out there!!!!!!!!!! I purchased my $159 headphones yesterday morning and their "return" statement says that i can cancel the order before it has been shipped. I never got a tracking number to be know if it has been shipped though. Can I ask you a couple of questions? I'm freaking out about my money right now and I will probably not get my money back either but... please reply back to me asap...
1. How long did it take you to get your package?
2. Did they take out the money from your card right when you finished with your payment?
I really want to cry right now because of my stupidity... -

I know I felt really dumb and the worst part is that they were for my boyfriend (so he got fake ones) :(.
Till this day they still haven't contacted me!
They sent my confirmation number to my email, but it went to my junk mail. I believe it took me 2-3 weeks and they did take out the money maybe the next day I ordered.

OMG I was getting them for my boyfriend too!!!! and wow I just got their email in my junk folders again saying they shipped it... I'm so pissed.
Sigh... well at least we learned out lessons. Thanks so much for the help! -
