a claim apparently was made in September 2011 and £102.50 was recovered on behalf of my ill dad, the money was not sent out to my dad who is suffering from cancer and who is living from day to day. besides the fact Redress did not forward any money or proof of any recovery of money, they appointed a criminally behaving debt collectors called Fortius Legal company who started to harass dad and threatening him with sending someone to collect the money and then with court actions and so on since dad have no ability to communicate with anyone, I spoke several times to this company and explain that there is no cause for collection and there is no claim to pay fees for as far as everyone in our community concern. The strategy of this company described as wild bulldog strategy with human no decency or human right taken to consideration. which caused dad's health to deteriorate and worsen as a result during October and November 2012 from constant calls and bomardment of Threats and emails, redress which call them selves government regulated and authorised by the financial services authority is not authorised to harass people and actually intimidate people to take there service, and then they collect money which they do not pass to client and then demand fees which is not due by using a barbaric company to cause cancer patient an early death for no reason at all. this is a criminal masters company who uses the Government to intimidate and harass elderly and ill people for financial gain and not for financial recovery assistance as they claim to be.
