money taken on credit card for ppi , taken on phone and redress promise no win no fee , no claim was made ,but still no refund , phoned redress on many occasions and spoke to many different people concerning my claim , and been told and promised a refund , calls alleged recorded to back this up by redress , also sent to redress bank statements to verify the amount of interest i have payed over the years so they can acess the amount they owe me , then i hear nothing ,not even possible to contact them by phone now , when i do make contact with them i recieve a different story as to what, or a different excuse,and then told that some one would call me the following day ,but never hear anything
