WAS ASK TO MAKE A 200$ DEPOSIT TO GET A PHONE FROM WIND MOBILE, I return the phone the same day I took it from them, they sd I have to wait 3 months to get my 200 refund back, now its already 4 months and I kept getting the ring around, they said to it has been sent out, cld back agin they said wait 8 weeks dont know what to do anymore

- I had a very similar situation. I was told 6 months. After 6 months, I was told my account was set up incorrectly, and that these funds were used to pay for the phone because Pay Before (which I did not ask to enroll in) did not require a $200 deposit. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
