(April 2014) Before I went to USA, I called in to confirm my service is usable with current plan with WIND customer service.

(May 2014) My service was suspended, called in to ask about the service, customer service told me the charges over-dues, I have to pay 200$ to get my phone working again.

(May 2014) I noticed my bill generated some pay per use charges, which my plan already had it covered and shouldn't be charged with, I called in to the company again, the representative told me it's okay, just wait till the end of the bill cycle. the charge will go away.

(May 2014) My phone has been suspended again, called in to the customer service, one manager is on the line with very bad attitude. Not resolving the problem at all and demand me to pay $1,000. Also I was threatened with my credit rating if I don't pay the bill.

(May 2014) I am seeking help from attorney, called in to wind customer service and put manager on the phone to seek cooperation for legal information, no legal information was provided, my call was hung up twice, the third time they put me on hold for 10 minutes before dropping the call.

(June 2014) Me and my lawyer contacted WIND mobile, requested for legal information (voice calls of confirmation), WIND mobile refuse to release the tape as evidence.

(June 2014) I filed a complainment at CRTC
