I hired a lawfirm to do debt sollutions with my credit cards and they took $240.00 out of my checking account for almost 2 years, I estamate about $6000.00 in all.
well needless to say they took all the money and never paid any of the credit cards. And now I am faced with judgments against me and I don't have any money to pay my bills with
Is there anything I can do, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
And lloyd ward and silverleaf debt seperated from each other and wanted me to sign a new agrement and I would not do it , so I think the old contract that I signed the first time should be void since they split ways.
