I was looking for a free invoicing software and they were offering it for download and there was a seven hours left for their full year membership special of $1.99 including the three day trial period for a total of $1.99, yes I got charged $1.99 and on the third day I was charged 59.95 for a year of membership, the special was advertized for a total of $1.99. NOT even my User name or password were working So IT IS A TOTAL scam, I already filed a report with my bank asking for a full refund and I sent two Emails to [email protected]. the first one yet no answer and the second just barely did it. And still waiting for an answer from them

me too- when I queried them about the debit to my bank account, this was their reply -

According to the option of the sign-up process you have chosen, you got the Unlimited Access - 3-day Trial for 1.99 USD. You were eligible for the cancellation of the Optional Lifetime membership within the 3-day trial period. Since you did not cancel your trial membership, your account was charged one-time 59.95 USD. Under no circumstances will we offer a refund for any services past trial period. This was outlined in the third stage of the sign-up process. However, the cancellation for the recurring billing has been processed. The amount that is billed to your credit card is a one-time flat fee which means you will never be billed again.
Your account has been credited 27.80 USD for the additional products and services. Please allow 10-15 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You will also receive a confirmation email regarding this refund within the next 24 hours. Should you not see the confirmation email, please check your Junk, Bulk or Spam folder.
As a lifetime member, we would like to remind you that your membership includes technical support and a variety of alternate file-sharing programs that you may benefit from.
