Complaint 19300 Details

Wow this is a long story! I have been signed onto to bidrack since they began I think in January or February when they were in Beta mode and myself my husband and my sister were all scammed and ripped off myself especially now since I can longer log onto their site and I had over 250 bids left to use!! Besides all of the items I never received to begin with, I had emailed PAW a while back with all of the story and info. which has obviously evolved since then to include that I had 250 bids left and they are no longer working! I had won I think like over 20 items and only ever received 3 or 4! My husband won an apple ipad and I can't remember how many other items maybe around 10 and He never received any of them. Also my sister won numerous items say around 10 and she also never received 1 single item! Now thie was after all three of us had purchased bids, won the items(after spending hours bidding) and paid for those items just to sit for months and be told each time either through emails or phone calls that our items would be sent(which I have saved most of my emails to and from them and I also started writing everything down at one point in a notebook) Just to be told one very upsetting day months ago that we could no longer receive our items because of some stupid lie of a story( which I have in one of my emails I sent to PAW if you would like to see and read it) Needless to say I am very upset and I just found out that you guys had submitted a claim from going onto PAW'S website to see if they had any new info on what was going on with Bidrack.
