1st of all, when I called I thought I was talking to Sony Tech Support. They came up when I searched for Sony, my mistake. Then they told me for a fee they could help me with my problem. I explained that I had a black screen & I was told that I need to get a recovery disc from Sony and that was all they could do for me. Quite a racket. For $ 89.99, I was told that my computer is crashed, get a recovery disc, & call Sony. When I told them that this is wrong & that they should credit me, I even told them they could keep the $ 30.00 for the phone call, then I was told that a supervisor ok'd the refund for $ 59.99. I of course had to call back when there was no credit to my account & they told me that there is nothing they can do. Merry Christmas. I told them that I would let as many people know what a scam this is. Merry Christmas.
