I have sent over 20 grams of 14 and 18 K gold to this company on Nov.6th(receiving date by AP Metals), i have received cheque for 136 dollars only on Nov.27th and sent the cheque back within time limit obviously because price is way too low..Cheque dates Nov.20th has been received back by AP Metals on Nov.30th...Dec.17th i received mail dates Dec.15th with cheque again stating that they have not received cheque back in timely manner and that i have not sent 30 $ processing fee, which is not listed anywhere at all....i am going to proceed with legal actions against this company and i ask everybody to join me..It is Canada and not any other country and scam like this should not take place

- The same exact thing happened to me. They sent me a $30 cheque and the memo read "purchase of precious metals". I Fed Exed it back that same day to make sure they got it on time, which they did (9 days into their 10 day policy). They sent it back because I didn't include a $30 processing fee. I had read about the $30 fee in their policy, but it clearly states that you are only charge a $30 fee if you send them non-precious metals. The fee is waived if they purchase your gold. Therefore, in my case, it ought to have been waived. They are violating their own company policy. I have all the written documents dating back from when I first submitted my gold, which backs my case, and I would definitely like to take legal action. We should all collectively do so. I want these bastards brought to justice.

Have you try to settle it?....what happened after you sent him cheque back?
I have sent e-mail to Metro news paper to investigate. Let's see if somebody else will reply and we can send all the details to newspapers. I am as well waiting for advise on it from Legal Aid canada.

hey sent me an envelope back, with the cheque and a letter, telling me I failed to include the $30 processing fee. Here's an image showing you how they violated their policy. If they purchase your precious metals (see cheque memo), they waive the processing fee. They are only supposed to charge the $30 if you send them non-precious metals and they have to evaluate it for nothing. I have also traced this scam (Inappropriate Content Removed)to at least 4 other fraud websites. Check out the whois.com info, as well as other domain info I found online. I would help you anyway I can. I discovered a lot of dirt on this guy. There are several contact phone numbers listed in the domain information which probably lead right to him. -
